Lithuania, one a Grand Duchy, nowadays is a small country on a Baltic coast bordening Poland, Belarus and Latvia. The capital is Vilnius, but population is well divided between large cities - Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and a smaller ones. Unlike the neighbours on the north, Lithuania is desily populated, so travel to any small town or village is easy - there are plenty of small business - restaurants, hotels and farm accommodation possibilites. Car rental is easy and roads are comfortable.
